Eligibility
 

1. This cash e-voucher is only applicable to eligible Citibank Credit Card cardholders who fulfilled the relevant spending conditions. Terms and conditions apply, please refer to https://www.citibank.com.hk/english/credit-cards/pdf/gafe/terms-and-conditions.pdf for the eligibility details.
    

Selection & Submission
 

1. You can select a maximum of 5 coffee shops out of the list in this page. At least HK$100 cash e-voucher should be allocated for each coffee shop selected; the allocation unit is HK$100, and the total should add up to HK$500. Each set of HK$100 consists of 2 individual vouchers with a face value of HK$50.
    

2. Due to the unpredictability of individual café business, the participating list may be updated from time to time. You are advised to refer to the list in this page https://www.gafeapp.com/citibankvouchercafelist for the most updated information.
    

3. Upon vouchers being sent, you will receive in-app notification in GAFE U. If you turned off in-app notification, you can find the information in the “Account” – “Vouchers” page after they are sent to you. You are recommended to enable in-app notification for GAFE U if you wish to be notified timely.
    

Redemption
 

1. You can redeem the voucher by its face value at the corresponding cafés. For consumptions greater than the voucher’s face value, you only need to pay for the price difference.
    

2. While redeeming, please make sure you log into the same GAFE U account as the one you submitted with Citibank, and your phone has sufficient internet connection to display the QR code for your unique GAFE U ID for redemption.
    

3. Stored value in the voucher is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-transferable; all unused balance will be forfeited upon redemption.
    

4. Each individual voucher is not divisible.
    

5. This vouchers set is valid for ONE YEAR upon being sent to your GAFE U account.  Any vouchers will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
    

6. Please check with the cafés on the exact redeemable items. The cafes retain final right of explanations on the scope of the redeemable.  
    

7. Unless otherwise specified, the consumption for the vouchers is disqualified for stamp accumulation, nor can it be used in conjunction with other promotions, if any.
    

Others
 

1. GAFE team is not responsible for unpredictability including cafe being out-of-business after issuance of vouchers and before they are fully redeemed. Nor will GAFE issue remedial replacements for unfulfilled vouchers in such cases.
    

2. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
    

3. GAFE reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, GAFE reserves the right of final decision.
